Background and Experience:

I know where the new investor is coming from. I’ve been there too. It can be totally overwhelming to discover a few good ideas and not know where to begin. Which one is best? Are there even better ideas out there?

So, I went out and did the research. I’ve spent 4 years reading the gurus’ books, listening to their audio programs and going to their seminars and bootcamps. And I’ve had some success with their ideas too. In the first 12 months I acquired 11 properties which allowed me to leave my 9-5 job behind and focus on investing.

I am not a guru and don’t claim to be but I am an avid student who can give you access to their secrets and strategies so that you can choose the best techniques and get started making money.

But despite the degree of success that I have (or haven’t) experienced, the point is this: since I’ve spent the fortune on their products, you don’t have to. Sure, I may not provide the information word-for-word; that would be copyright infringement. I am simply conveying the general opinion of the real estate gurus where I find some consensus between them. In effect, it’s as though the greatest minds in real estate investing have gathered around a table and this site is your conduit to that ‘mastermind forum’.

Vision:

The reason I created this web site was to provide easy access to the good information out there about real estate investing. I know how hard it can be when you’re getting started and not particularly sure-footed. There’s lots of sales pitches and scams to look out for and amongst it all there is some gold – a real wealth of great information. I just wanted to clear that path a little so it looks less like a minefield.

There are some people out there who are trying to do this already but I feel they are doing it in quite a negative way. They get so focused on the scams and con-artists that they get bogged down in the mud and wrestle with them. I think a more effective method is for me to act as a filter and not worry you with all of that nonsense. I’ll just feed you the good information that is left over and point you in the right direction.
