No not every deal will be a 100K home run. And as far as money goes MI Attorney... people from all walks of life want to invest in real estate and have money - they are just to scared to do it themselves and that's where someone with the education and know how will partner with them or setup up private money. I agree with the luxury real estate allows you to do what you feel passionate about.. I disagree, however with how easy he makes it look. Wholesaling and buying the way he explains requires a TON of work. Auctions are frustrating, but are definately worth it. The amount of work you need to do in preparation for the auction is extensive also. You definately want to check out the property before the auction. Good information on the webinar.
