I like your approach and think we all need to have these conversations with our lawyers. For some reason if you don't they just want to "kill" all your deals. I think they get all wrapped up in the legal aspect and don't realize the are just scaring off another client. The advice is always solid, too. One thing I can tell you for certain... you should not use an attorney for real estate issues unless it is a real estate attorney.
