The bank is holding inventory back, but the number of homes in default and getting foreclosed on is increasing. Prices are going to stay down for a while, but it won't be like this forever. I haven't got through your advice, but my #1 advice as a Las Vegas agent, is to make sure your rental is Cash POSITIVE!
