Now with the economy being what it is, its just one more hurdle new real estate investors have to overcome. Hopefully those that really focus can figure out how to properly position themselves to still profit. I just spoke with a real estate broker over lunch 2 days ago and he was saying that just in the last 4 months his profits have dropped nearly 30%. He gave the impression that the worst of it was yet to come as well. I'm glad I'm not in that particular market myself. Great entry.
